We give you several options regarding to payment. We offer payment via invoice, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.

Cancellation and change protection is included in our premium packages until August 2021.

When booking a flight trip

We take your safety seriously and will send you a Safe Travel package which includes an LFC face mask for each person.

Entry UK information

There has been very little information regarding entry into UK.
We expect all travelers to be able to present a negative corona test upon departure.
Information about entry will reach all our customers well in advance of departure.

Our premium hotel package includes hotel accommodation in the city center, official match ticket and dinner the night before or after the match.

Our standard hotel package includes hotel accommodation in the city center and official match ticket.

Hotels

We have placed great emphasis on having good quality in our hotels and that there is walking distance between the hotel and the center of Liverpool. For several years we have built up a good collaboration with several hotels in Liverpool. We will continue with these, and this year we will expand with new hotels.

Flight

We have placed great emphasis on making the flight with us as pleasant an experience as possible. We therefore offer direct flights to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Legendary dinner at Anfield

The evening^*) before the match we invite you to dinner at Anfield with a Liverpool legend.

3-course meal, from 19:30 to 22:30.
Coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine included during dinner.

*) If the match is played on Friday, the dinner will be on Saturday.

When you book a package trip with hotel and match ticket with Travel4football, we as a tour operator are responsible for you getting the trip you have booked and paid for through us.

Should there be changes along the way, which means that you do not get the product you have paid for, you have the opportunity to receive compensation for any losses you have suffered. This applies to flights, hotels, match tickets or other additional products purchased by Travel4Football in connection with the package tour. Fees and costs for parts of the package tour that you have been given will not be refunded.

If there is a defect in the hotel or ticket, we recommend that you first try to resolve this directly with the hotel or at the ticket office. You can also contact us by phone or e-mail if you do not receive the help you need.

How can I change the information on the trip?

To change your travel information, please contact us by email. Some changes will incur a fee.

When is the travel document ready?

The travel document is available for download 2-3 weeks before departure. If you download the document before, it may be missing reference numbers for hotels and airline tickets.
The travel document can be found under your orders here.

Do I need to print a plane ticket?

For charter flights, the flight ticket will be part of the travel document.
If you travel by scheduled flight, we cannot guarantee that all airlines will accept our travel document as a ticket. You must therefore print out and take the flight ticket with you, which we will send you 1-2 weeks before departure.

Is it possible to buy duty free on board the plane?

On our own chartered aircraft, we do not sell tax-free on board.
Some airlines may have tax-free on the plane, such as Norwegian and SAS.

Can I buy tax free on my trip?

It will be possible to shop tax-free at the airports.

Can I bring a wheelchair or medical luggage?

Wheelchair
Folding wheelchairs that can be checked in as normal luggage, normally go well. We will still have to get approval from the airline, so if you fly with us, you must send an e-mail with model, weight and dimensions, so that we can check with the airline.
Medical equipment
Medical equipment such as CPAP, oxygen, respirator, wheelchair / electric wheelchair or similar must be approved by the airline you are traveling with. It is therefore important that you provide this type of information to Liverpool Travel as soon as the trip is booked.

Can I book parking at the airport?

If you are going to park at the airport, it is often a good idea to book parking in advance to avoid stress and hustle on the day of departure. You usually also get a better price when you pre-order.

At the destination

Can I book transport with Travel4Football?

When you book a flight package with Travel4Football, it is possible to include transport between the airport and hotel. Bus transport is normally not included in the basic price of the trip. The price includes transport for both arrival and return.
Transport from the airport
When booking a hotel package, you will be able to book transfers from several airports in the UK. You will be able to book transport both for arrival, return journey or for both arrival and return journey.

Should we change money before we travel?

Whether you should change money before you travel or wait until you arrive at your destination may vary slightly from destination to destination. Often the exchange rate can be lower if you withdraw money at an ATM at the destination, than if you do it at home. But be aware that many banks have high fees for cash withdrawals abroad.

Do you need an adapter in the hotel?

You will need a travel adapter when traveling to the UK. Some hotels have rooms with USB charging.

What applies if you cancel an excursion, dinner or guided tours?

Normally it is not possible to cancel an excursion, dinner or tour after you have started the journey.

What time can I check in and out of the hotel?

Normally you can check in after 14:00, and check out 12:00. Check the hotel’s websites for the exact time.

After the trip

How do I submit a complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with something on your trip, we would like to know right away. If you wait until you have returned home, we can not influence or do anything about the errors or deficiencies that have occurred. The first thing you should do is contact Travel4Football and tell them what you are unhappy with. If there is something about the hotel room you are not happy with, you can also contact the hotel staff directly.

Forgot or lost something on the trip

At the airport or on board the plane
If you lost something at the airport on departure or on board the plane when you returned home, contact the lost property department at the airport you left from in Norway.
On the journey
Have you forgotten or lost something on the journey? Contact our staff and they will do what they can to make it easier.

When selling our packages via other travel companies, the respective company’s travel terms and conditions apply.

Travel4Football reserves the right to make program changes. See section 6.3. in the “General Terms and Conditions for Package Travel“.

We reserve the right that our prices or other information on our website www.travel4football.com may contain errors for technical reasons.
All prices are governed by demand and may change during the booking process. We can therefore not guarantee the price until the order is completed and confirmed with the order number.

Events

Travel4Football is not responsible if customers are rejected or expelled from events and matches due to personal behavior or condition.

Duty-free goods / other purchases

Travel4Football is not responsible for purchases on board the aircraft or for purchases made at the destination.
